Counting of votes for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) by-polls began on 

Wednesday.  Arvind Kejriwal-led Aam Aadmi Party candidates won in four wards, with the fifth going 

to the Congress. The Bharatiya Janata Party suffered a humiliating defeat, winning none. India's
